- Fixed Price Quote - A fixed price no obligation quotation will be supplied to you, and will be valid for 30 days.
- Instruction - If you would like to proceed with your project, you simply confirm this to 121webconsultancy via email agreeing to project terms and conditions.
- Detailed Discussion - 121webconsultancy will contact you to further discuss and clarify any outstanding issues regarding your website project.
- Deposit Payment - 121webconsultancy may request a deposit payment equalling 25% of the website build price.
- Provision of Content - You will provide all detailed information relating to your company, products, services, images and copy for the website. Content should be provided in electronic format where possible.
- Construction - Design and build of your website will commence. At the 'draft stage' you will be provided with login details to access work in progress via 121webconsultancy's development server. Your full input will be encouraged throughout this process when you may track the development of your website, supply feedback and request alterations.
- Final Version - 121webconsultancy will complete the website, ensuring it fulfills all requirements established in the agreement. You may request any last minute changes before approving the site for publishing.
- Website Publishing - Your website is published to your domain / live server environment where you should make final content checks and application tests.
- Invoice / Final Payment - 121webconsultancy will invoice you and expect payment in full within 30 days.
